一、本篇资料反映广州市规模以上服务业基本情况。

二、统计范围：辖区内规模以上服务业法人单位。

三、规模以上服务业涉及行业包括：交通运输、仓储和邮政业，信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业，租赁和商务服务业，科学研究和技术服务业，水利、环境和公共设施管理业，居民服务、修理和其他服务业，教育，卫生和社会工作，文化、体育和娱乐业；以及房地产业中除房地产开发经营外等行业。

四、规模以上服务业法人单位的界定标准为：

交通运输、仓储和邮政业，信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业，水利、环境和公共设施管理业三个门类和卫生行业大类年营业收入2000万元及以上服务业法人单位。

租赁和商务服务业，科学研究和技术服务业，教育三个门类，以及物业管理、房地产中介服务、房地产租赁经营和其他房地产业四个行业小类年营业收入1000万元及以上服务业法人单位。

居民服务、修理和其他服务业，文化、体育和娱乐业两个门类，以及社会工作行业大类年营业收入500万元及以上服务业法人单位。

五、调查方法：执行国家统计局制定的《规模以上服务业一套表制度》，调查方法为符合上述行业条件法人单位的全面调查。

The sectors of service enterprises above designated size includes: Transport Storage and Postal Services Information Transmission Software and Information Technology Services Leasing and Business Services Scientific Research and Technical Services Management of Water Conservancy,Environment and Public Facilities Households' Service,Repair and Other Services Education Health and Social Work Culture,Sports and Entertainment and Real Estate (Not including Real Estate Development and Management).

IV. The standards for defining legal persons in the service industry above designated size are as follows:

Legal person unit in the service industry of transportation, storage and postal service, information transmission, software and information technology service, water conservancy, environment and public facilities management and health care industry with annual revenue of 20 million yuan or above.

Leasing and business services, scientific research and technical services, education, and four subcategories of real estate management, real estate intermediary services, real estate leasing operation and other real estate industries with annual revenue of 10 million yuan or more.

Residential service, repair and other services, two categories of culture, sports and entertainment, and social work, as well as service legal person units with annual revenue of 5 million yuan or more.

V. Survey method:implement the "a set of table system for Service Enterprises Above Designated Size" formulated by the National Bureau of Statistics, and is a comprehensive survey of legal entities meeting the above IV conditions..
