【道路长度】指供各种车辆(无轨)和行人通行的工程设施的道路长度和与道路相通的桥梁、隧道的长度,按车行道中心线计算。按使用特点分为城市道路、公路、厂矿道路、林区道路及乡村道路等。

城市道路指城市中供车辆、行人通行的,有交通功能的各种铺装道路和土路,分快速路、主干路、次干路和支路及以下四个等级,道路长度一般使用报告期期末数据。

【快速路】城市道路中双向行车道、设有中央分隔带,具有四条以上的车道,进出口全部或部分采用立体交叉控制有平顺的线形与一般道路分开,使汽车能以较高的速度安全畅通地行驶,为城市中大量、长距离和快速交通服务。

【主干路】在城市道路网中起骨架作用的道路,是连接城市各主要分区的交通干道,是城市内部的主要大动脉。

【道路面积】指道路面积和与道路相通的广场、桥梁、隧道的面积。

【桥梁】指为跨越天然或人工障碍物而修建的构筑物。包括跨河桥、立交桥、人行天桥以及人行地下通道等。按使用年限分为永久性桥和半永久性桥。

【立交桥】指由桥梁或匝道所构成的实现供机动车行驶的道路之间立体交叉的交通体系。一般情况下立交桥系包含多个桥梁和匝道;位于立交桥系内的桥梁均为属于立交桥系的桥梁。

【排水管道长度】 指所有排水总管、干管、支管、检查井及连接井进出口等长度之和 

【污水处理厂】指对进入城镇污水收集系统的污水进行净化处理的污水处理厂。包括城镇污水处理厂、工业废水集中处理厂和其他污水处理设施,不包括渗水井、化粪池(含改良化粪池)和污水处理装置。

【污水处理能力】指全市污水处理厂(或处理装置)的日处理污水能力。

【污水处理量】指污水处理厂(或污水处理装置)实际处理的污水量。包括物理处理量、生物处理量和化学处理量。

【污水处理率】报告期内通过污水处理厂处理的城乡生活污水、工业废水量占污水排放量的比重,是反映地区污水处理能力的约束性指标。

【供水综合生产能力】指按供水设施取水、净化、送水、出厂输水干管等环节设计能力计算的综合生产能力包括在原设计能力的基础上,经挖、革、改增加的生产能力计算时,以四个环节中最薄弱的环节为主确定能力

【供水管道长度】指从送水泵至用户水表之间所有管道的长度不包括新安装尚未使用、水厂内以及用户建筑物内的管道。

【供水总量】指报告期供水企业(单位)供出的全部水量,包括有效供水量和漏损水量。有效供水量指水厂将水供出厂外后,各类用户实际使用到的水量,包括售水量和免费供水量。漏损水量指在供水过程中由于管道及附属设施破损而造成的漏水量、失窃水量以及水表失灵少计算的水量。

【售水量】指报告期供水企业(单位)收费供应的水量,售水量包括外地售水量和本地售水量。外地售水量指销往本区域外的售水量。统计时,仅对本地售水量进行分类统计。包括居民生活用水,行政事业用水、工业用水、经营服务用水、特种行业用水(以水为主要原料制造业、特种服务用水)、其他用水等,不包括销往本区域外的售水量。计算公式:

售水总量=生产运营用水+公共服务用水+居民家庭用水+消防及其他用水。

【生产运营用水】指在城市范围内生产、运营的农、林、牧、渔业、工业、建筑业、交通运输业等单位在生产、运营过程中的用水。

【公共服务用水】指为城市社会公共生活服务的用水。包括行政事业单位、部队营区和公共设施服务、社会服务业、批发零售贸易业、旅馆饮食业以及社会服务业等单位的用水。

【居民家庭用水】指城市范围内所有居民家庭的日常生活用水。包括城市居民、农民家庭、公共供水站用水。

用水普及率指报告期末城区用水人口数与城市人口总数的比率。计算公式:

【天然气供气总量】 指报告期燃气企业(单位)向用户供应的天然气数量,包括销售量和损失量。

【绿化覆盖面积】城市中乔木、灌木、草坪等所有植被的垂直投影面积包括公园绿地、防护绿地、广场用地、附属绿地、其他绿地的绿化种植覆盖面积,不含各类绿地中的水域面积以及没有被植被覆盖的面积(硬化道路、无屋顶绿化的建筑物等)。乔木树冠下重叠的灌木和草本植物不能重复计算。

【绿地面积】指报告期末作为园林和绿化的各类绿地面积。包括公园绿地、防护绿地的面积。

【建成区绿化覆盖率】城市中各类绿地的绿色植物覆盖总面积占建城区面积的百分比,是衡量一个城市绿化现状和生态环境效益的重要指标。计算公式:

城市绿化覆盖率(%=(城市内全部绿化种植垂直投影面积城市总用地面积占比)x100%

以上公式不包含乔木下的灌木投影面积、草坪面积。

【公园】是指供公众游览、观赏、休憩、开展科学文化及锻炼身体等活动,有较完善的设施和良好的绿化环境,具有改善城市生态、防火避难等综合作用的公共场地。包括综合公园、社区公园、专类公园、带状公园和街旁绿地等。

公园绿地面积指城市中向公众开放的、以游憩为主要功能,有一定的游憩设施和服务设施,同时兼有健全生态、美化景观、防灾减灾等综合作用的绿化用地面积的总和。包括:综合公园、社区公园、专类公园和街旁绿地。其中综合公园、专类公园和带状公园等面积之和为公园面积。

【生活垃圾无害化处理量】指报告期内简易处理场和各种垃圾无害化处理场(厂)处理垃圾的总量。垃圾简易处理量指垃圾简易填埋场所处理的垃圾总量。垃圾无害化处理量指垃圾无害化处理场(厂)所处理的垃圾总量。

【城镇生活垃圾无害化处理率】 指报告期生活垃圾无害化处理量与生活垃圾产生量比率。在统计上,由于生活垃圾产生量不易取得,可用清运量代替。计算公式为:
