简要说明

一、本篇资料反映广州市能源和环境综合情况。

（一）能源部分主要包括：能源生产、消费基本情况，能源消费弹性系数，规模以上工业企业能源加工转换效率和分行业主要能源消费量，全市和各区用电量等。

1. 能源统计资料取自广州市能源生产、销售与库存，工业企业能源购进、消费与库存及能源加工转换与回收利用表等。

2. 统计口径与计算说明：

⑴ 5-1表至5-4表及5-7表至5-9表的统计口径均为全社会口径；5-5表和5-6表的统计口径均为年主营业务收入2000万元及以上工业企业法人单位。

⑵ 计算能源消费指标涉及的地区生产总值、工业增加值均采用可比口径。

⑶ 5-2表和5-3表的能源消费总量及分行业能源消费量中的电力按等价值计算; 5-5表能源加工转换效率表中的电力按当量值计算，即每千瓦时折0.1229千克标准煤。

3. 本篇的5-2表、5-7表至5-9表电力数据来自广东电网有限责任公司广州供电局。

（二）环境保护部分主要包括水环境、大气环境、固体废物、生态环境、自然灾害、城市环境、农村环境等。环境资料由市规划和自然资源局、生态环境局、住房和城乡建设局、水务局、农业农村局、应急管理局、林业和园林局等单位提供。

二、本篇资料由广州市统计局能源统计处整理提供。

三、截至本书出版时第五次全国经济普查结果尚未发布，表5-2至5-4相关指标2023年数据暂缺。

Brief Introduction

I. This paper reflects the comprehensive situation of energy and environment in Guangzhou.

1.The energy part mainly includes: the energy production, the consumption basic situation, elasticity ratio of energy consumption the scale above industrial enterprise energy processing conversion efficiency and the industrial enterprise by profession main energy consumption, the whole city electricity consumption and so on.

1.1 Energy statistics from Guangzhou energy production, sales and inventory, industrial enterprises energy purchase, consumption and inventory, and energy processing conversion and recycling tables.

1.2 Statistical caliber and calculation description:

1.2.1 The statistical caliber of table 5-1 to table 5-4 and table 5-7 to table 5-9 are all the whole social caliber, and the statistical caliber of table 5-5 to table 5-6 are all 20 million yuan of annual main business income and corporate unit of industrial enterprise above.

1.2.2 Calculation of energy consumption indicators related to the regional gross domestic product, industrial value added using comparable caliber.

1.2.3 The total energy consumption in table 5-2 and table 5-3 and the energy consumption in each industry are calculated by equal value, and the power in the table of conversion efficiency of energy processing in table 5-5 is calculated at an equal value, that is, 0.1229 kg of standard coal per kilowatt-hour.

1.3 The table 5-2, table 5-7 to table 5-9 are from Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau of Guangdong Power Grid Co., Ltd.

2. The environmental protection part mainly includes water environment, atmosphere environment, solid waste, ecological environment, natural disaster, urban environment, rural environment and so on. The environmental information is provided by Guangzhou Planning and Natural Resources Bureau, Municipal Ecological Environmental Bureau, Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Water Authority, Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, Emergency Management Bureau, Forestry and Landscaping Bureau and so on.

II. The data in this chapter is collected and provided by Guangzhou Bureau of Statistics Energy Statistics Department.

Ⅲ.As of the publication of this book, the results of the fifth national economic census have not been released, and the data of the relevant indicators of table 5-2 to 5-4 in 2023 are temporarily unavailable.
