简要说明

一、本篇资料反映广州市固定资产投资的基本情况。

二、本篇资料由广州市统计局固定资产投资统计处整理提供。

三、固定资产投资统计的资料来源主要为全面统计报表。按照现行的固定资产投资统计报表制度，从2011年起固定资产投资项目统计起报点由计划总投资50万元及以上提高到500万元及以上，固定资产投资不再称全社会固定资产投资。固定资产投资按经济类型分为：国有经济、集体经济、联营经济、股份制经济、私营经济、港澳台投资经济、外商投资经济、其他经济和个体经济。

从2012年起，民间投资包含内容有所调整，民间投资是指工商登记注册类型为：集体、股份合作、私营独资、私营合伙、私营有限责任公司、个体户、个人合伙等纯民间主体的固定资产投资及混合经济成分中由集体、私营、个体控股的投资主体单位的全部固定资产投资。

2019-2021年，新增固定资产及资金指标不包含5000万以下项目。

从2020年起，建设改造项目不再统计房屋施工面积和房屋竣工面积，房屋施工面积和房屋竣工面积指标只包含房地产开发投资项目。

从2023年起，本年实际到位资金来源中其他资金包含了债券。

Brief Introduction

I. The data in this chapter show the basic conditions of the total investment in fixed assets of Guangzhou .

II. The data in this chapter are prepared and provided by the Division of Investment and Construction Statistics of Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Statistics.

Ⅲ.The data sources for the statistics of investment in fixed assets mainly come from the complete statistical report forms. According to the present regulations in the reporting scheme on the statistics of the investment in fixed assets, the statistics report point of the fixed assets investment projects has been increased from a planned total investment of 500,000 yuan and above to 5,000,000 yuan and above since 2011. The investment in fixed assets is no longer called the whole society investment in fixed assets. The investment in fixed assets is classified by the following types of ownership: state-owned economy, collective-owned economy, joint-owned economy, share-holding economy, private economy, economy funded by the enterprises from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, foreign funded economy, individual investment and the economy of other types of ownership.

The content of non-state-owned investment has been adjusted since 2012, and non-state-owned investment refers to the industrial and commercial registration type: collective, cooperative, private, private partnership, private limited liability company, the self-employed, private partnership of pure folk subject of investment in fixed assets and mixed by the collective, private, individual holdings investment main body unit of economic composition the total investment in fixed assets.

From 2019 to 2021, new fixed assets and capital indicators did not include projects below 50 million.

Since 2020, construction and renovation projects will no longer count the construction area and completed area of houses, and the indicators of housing construction area and completed area of houses only include real estate development investment projects.

Since 2023, other funds in the current year's actual funding sources include bonds.
