简要说明
一、本篇资料反映广州市固定资产投资的基本情况。
二、本篇资料由广州市统计局固定资产投资统计处整理提供。
三、固定资产投资统计的资料来源主要为全面统计报表。按照现行的固定资产投资统计报表制度,从2011年起固定资产投资项目统计起报点由计划总投资50万元及以上提高到500万元及以上,固定资产投资不再称全社会固定资产投资。固定资产投资按经济类型分为:国有经济、集体经济、联营经济、股份制经济、私营经济、港澳台投资经济、外商投资经济、其他经济和个体经济。
从2012年起,民间投资包含内容有所调整,民间投资是指工商登记注册类型为:集体、股份合作、私营独资、私营合伙、私营有限责任公司、个体户、个人合伙等纯民间主体的固定资产投资及混合经济成分中由集体、私营、个体控股的投资主体单位的全部固定资产投资。
2019-2021年,新增固定资产及资金指标不包含5000万以下项目。
从2020年起,建设改造项目不再统计房屋施工面积和房屋竣工面积,房屋施工面积和房屋竣工面积指标只包含房地产开发投资项目。
从2023年起,本年实际到位资金来源中其他资金包含了债券。

Ⅲ.The data sources for the statistics of investment
